Selkirk two part walk

Group Eildon Ramblers

Saturday 10 April C (figure of 8) walk. 6.5miles/10.5km. Ascent 227m

Part 1. 10am. Philip haugh and back via the Cauld along the riverside. to car park- 3miles

Part 2. 12.00. Along the south side of the river, then uphill to Cottage wood and Murieston Hill- 3.5miles. WT 4 hour in total

15 walkers in total- including the Walk Leader Anthea and back marker Marian.

Anyone wishing to go on this walk must book a place by emailing the treasurer@eildonramblers.org.uk by 9pm on Wednesday 7th April at the latest and will be advised on Thursday 8th April. In the event of the walk being oversubscribed names will be drawn out of a hat.

Meet/ Start point: Selkirk Rugby Schools Pitch OS73 NT 460287 From Selkirk Square follow A707 signpost Peebles. 0.5ml Cross the Ettrick Water bridge. Parking on the Right by rugby field.
