Start time: 8:00
Strenuous 13 miles / 20.9 km
From Cwm Ivy we go through the woods and follow the Wales Coast Path in the recent footsteps of Derek (Weatherman Walking) to Landimore, passing the marsh before ascending Bovehill, where there are remains of a medieval castle, and then making our way to the trig on Ryer's Down via a grade 2 listed ancient packhorse bridge. Next is Hardings Down on the way to Rhossili Down where we will follow the ridge to the village of Llangennith after visiting the trig. Finally it's Llanmadoc (Down) Hill where we again follow a ridge after a trig, before returning to the starting point.
Expect great views (weather permitting) and some wet/muddy sections (whatever the weather).
