A lovely long hike along the rugged North Pembrokeshire coast and surrounding countryside.
Strenuous - walks for experienced country walkers with an above average fitness level. Includes hills and rough country, and may be at a brisk pace. Walking boots and warm, waterproof clothing are essential. People in doubt about their fitness should contact the organiser or leader in advance.

The Parrog car park, Goodwick (follow signs towards Ocean Lab). Meet by the toilets but avoid paying the £5 to park all day until the leader arrives because we might move to a nearby location if space and numbers permit.
