Starting from Grange Hill viewpoint, the route takes us close to Kimmeridge, then along Smedmore Hill with views of the sea and Clavell Tower, before turning north to head through Church Knowle and up to the Mary Baxter Memorial on Knowle Hill, the picnic spot. Gradual ascent back, passing Grange Arch on the way.

This is a circular walk
There are several ascents and we start with a steep descent. Varied terrain, mostly exposed. PLEASE NOTE THAT CONTACT WITH OTHER GROUPS AT THE LUNCH SPOT WILL DEPEND ON GOVT. GUIDELINES AT THE TIME.
