This walk starts at the New Fancy Car Park (GL15 4HR) and visits the Forest of Dean Village of Park End where we will stop for coffee at the Cricket Pitch. Then we will carry on through the Nags Head Nature Reserve to Cannop Ponds. From there we will circle back via Speech House lakes back to New Fancy.
Walk is mainly Forest tracks, strong trainers or boots recommended.
Please bring water and a packed lunch along with any other weather appropriate gear for the day.
We will be limiting the group to 20 so please do manage your RSVP on meetup. If you can no longer make it, do let us know so we can free your space to others.
These walks are aimed at people in their 20s & 30s This walk is arranged by ramblers and free to join. After 2 or 3 walks we request you become a member of the ramblers

Do ensure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Walking boots are recommended

You’ll need to physically distance from anyone not in your household.
It is advisable to bring a mask just in case, but it won't be required on the walk.
Also advisable to bring hand sanitiser to clean hands after going through gates.
