This is a coach walk. All seats must be pre-booked. There will be four walks varying in distance from 5 to 12 miles.
All coaches pick-up at County Hall bus stop 9.15am and Maid Marian Way, outside Tesco at 9.30am
A WALK - Leader: Rod Secker - 12 miles
Route: Curber, Froggatt Edge, Eyam, Stoney Middleton, Calver, Baslow
B WALK - Leader: Dave Doody - 8.5 miles
Route: Baslow, Dobb Edge, Robin Hood, Birchens Edge, Wellington Monument, Curbar Village, Baslow.
Ascending the wooded slopes near Chatsworth to Dobb Edge we continue to the Robin Hood Hotel and follow the moorland path below Birchens Edge. A short distance up the Curbar Gap road we take the track to the Wellington Monument. Descending from there we follow paths to Curbar Village and possible liquid refreshment, after which back to Baslow

Terrain: Steady climb out of Baslow to start
