This is a circular walk
Places are limited to 15 and must be booked in advance. To book and register for the walk, interested parties should contact the Walk Leader via WhatsApp or text message and specify which walk option you will take. Requests to join the walk should reach the Walk Leader at least two days before the date of the walk.
We anticipate that walks will be booked up fairly quickly so if you do have to cancel, please inform the Walk Leader with plenty notice to enable someone on the waiting list to take up this place. The Walk Leader will keep the registration sheet with your name and telephone number for three weeks as part of tracing and tracking in case anyone develops Covid symptoms.
Although difficult, you must adhere to the 2 metres social distance rule at all times and it is still necessary to avoid car sharing for walks. Of course, you should only come on the walk if you are feeling well and have not tested positive to COVID19.
Walkers should carry their ICE (in case of emergency) card, their own face mask, hand sanitiser, medication, plasters etc. The leader will also have a more comprehensive first aid kit with them.
Please read the guidance about walking with the Ramblers under COVID19 guidance on Ramblers Scotland
NOTE: As restrictions are starting to change again, please check Ramblers website for the most up to date information.
