This is a coach walk. All seats must be pre-booked. There will be four walks varying in distance from 5 to 12 miles.
All coaches pick-up at County Hall bus stop 9. In 15am and Maid Marian Way, outside Tesco at 9.30am
A WALK - Leader: Linda Hewing - 11.5 miles
Description: A rural route with good views over the Cordwell Valley. Some historic landmarks.
Route: Millthorpe, Cartledge, Barlow Common, Cutthorpe, Linacre, Bluster Castle, Barlow Grange, Moorhall, Unthank, Millthorpe.
Terrrain: Undulating, rural, could be muddy if wet. Some road walking.
Facilities: Toilets at Linacre, pub at end time permitting.
B WALK - Leader: David Doody - 8.5 miles
Route: Calrtledge, Common Side, Newgate, Cutthorpe, Linekar Reservoirs and Barlow Grange.
C WALK - Leader: Paul Wagstaff - 6.75 miles
Route: Millthorpe, Moorhall, Unthank, Cartledge, Rumbling Street, Millthorpe
The terrain is undulating, a mixture of pasture and small woods, mud in a few places good views

Please sign up at least three days prior to the date of walk. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so that someone else can take your place. Please do not turn up for a walk without booking, as we will have to turn you away.
