This is a coach walk. All seats must be pre-booked. There will be four walks varying in distance from 5 to 12 miles.
All coaches pick-up at County Hall bus stop 9.15am and Maid Marian Way, outside Tesco at 9.30am
A WALK - Leader: Rogers Wombell - Distance: 11 miles
Route: Matlock Bath, Matlock Bridge, DVHW, Darley Bridge, Oldfield Lane, Cowley Knoll, Clough Lane, Winster, Luntor Rocks, Bonsall, Matlock Bath
Terrain: Undulating, could be muddy. Pub stop if time permits
B WALK - Leader: Dave Doody - Distance 10 miles approx.
Route:- Cromford, Riber, Tansley, Lumsdale, Cuckoostone, Bentley Bridge and down tracks/lanes to Matlock.
Terrain: undulating, could be muddy
C WALK - Leader: Nick Fox - Distance: 6 miles
Route: Matlock Bath, Cromford, High Peak Junction, Matlock Bath
Terrain: Most of the walk is flat. One uphill walk at High Peak Junction to Sheep Pastures. Toilets in Matlock Bath. Pub or cafe in Matlock at the end of the walk.

Please sign up at least three days prior to the date of walk. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so that someone else can take your place. Please do not turn up for a walk without booking, as we will have to turn you away.
It has been decided by the committee that in order to comply with the recent Act of Parliament decreeing that it is now mandatory to wear a face-mask whilst travelling on public transport, and that as from 19th December 2021 it is now a requirement that anyone travelling on the coach wears a face-mask. Anyone refusing to do so will not be allowed onto the coach unless they can prove a valid reason for not conforming to the legislation.
