A varied walk including the Trent and Mersey Canal, Essex Bridge (a packhorse bridge built in 1650) the Shugborough estate, the Satnall Hills, Milford Common (for toilets, a sandwich stop or a pub stop) and the Sherbrook Valley, before returning to Seven Springs via the Stepping Stones. Hills at Millford Common and the Sherbrook Valley.
Seven Springs Car Park Little Haywood. Off the A513 opposite Meadow Lane. 30 miles from West Bromwich.
