Classic linear walk over Seaford Head, around Cuckmere Haven, over the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head to Eastbourne seafront. Plentiful refreshment opportunities and buses back. Scenic and hilly 13 miles.

12X bus from Sealife Centre Brighton Stop K departs at 09.13 arrives at Seaford Library at 0949. Leader will meet the bus and walk to the tower.
