A short afternoon walk so we are back for the tea in good time. A mixture of urban, rural and farmland features on the walk. We walk south along beside the Titchfield Canal (great views across the Meon Valley and tneTitchfield Haven National Nature Reserve). After 2 miles we take a path west and then north through the fields to Little Posbrook and back to Titchfield.
Note start time of 13.00
The car park is located off Mill Street and sign posted Community Centre car park.
This is a circular walk
This flat walk followed by our annual Cream teas which are held in the Titchfield Parish Rooms, pre-booking is required for the tea, places are limited. You do not need to book to join the walk; however booking is essential for the cream teaThere are a couple of stiles on this walk.We will pass some public toilets near the start of the walk. We will have a short break for refreshments mid-way; please bring you own with you. There is 1 stile towards the end of the walk.
Parking is free and is a short walk to the Parish Rooms - please meet in the car park.
