A hilly, picnic walk with spectacular views throughout. There are three long uphill and downhill stretches and 19 stiles.
The tiny hamlet of Crux Easton, nearest post code RG209QF Parking is very tight on a small triangle of grass where the disused postbox is located. There's the possibility of two cars parking on an opposite verge but please car share
This is a circular walk
When recced on 25.6.22, the hedgerows and pathways were quite overgrown with rampant growth.
Long trousers are advised for protection from brambles and nettles. Abundant ox-eye daisies and wild orchids were a reward.
Approx 7.5miles am and 3.5miles pm. Bring plenty of water, refreshments and picnic,
