Group name: Eryri
This group is a part of North Wales Area.
Our activities include:
Path maintenance, Groups aimed at people in their 20s and 30s, Family-friendly walks, Groups aimed at people in their 40s, Short and easy walks
Welcome! Our new name is Eryri Ramblers following the merger of Caernarfon and Dwyfor with Bangor and Bethesda Ramblers.
Our walks range from leisurely strolls along the stunning Llyn coastline to more challenging days in Eryri or Snowdonia (including scrambles). We have an excellent fun filled range of social activities: a long weekend away, quiz nights, a beach barbeque and a 1st class Xmas Dinner.
Putting something back, we have a team (Tim Taclo) of enthusiastic volunteers who carry out footpath repairs and improvements.
We are a welcoming and friendly group, so whether you are new to walking, or a regular walker interested in trying something new, please get in touch, or simply join us for one of our walks.
You don’t need to be a member of the Ramblers, just try us out for two or three walks and see how things go. Hopefully joining the Ramblers, Britain’s major campaigning organisation for walkers, is a great way to get outdoors, make new friends and discover how walking boosts your health and happiness.
