Overview

Start at the Carronades in Falkirk and meander our way through woodland to the Helix Park . Toilets are available halfway through the walk . There will be some tree roots and possibly muddy patches to contend with but nothing major . We will saunter at a nice steady pace but with no running , jumping , pogoing or skipping allowed .
