Overview

Starting from the carpark at Little Thicket we make our way on broad track at the edge of the woods Shortly the path goes down 19 steps which were originally cut in 1975. these have eroded in places but there is a solid hand rail.  Turn right long Cherry Garden Lane past Woolley Green and turning right onto a farm track then into Littlewick Green where will have a banana break. Leaving the village we cross the A4down a quiet road leading into a track that lead to Stubbings Manor. From there the route follows a Farm track to re-enter woodland of Maidenhead Thicket. Cross the A4 to on through woodland to the start.
