Overview

As part of our 40th Anniversary celebrations, Leighton Buzzard Ramblers have teamed up with Leighton Buzzard and District Archaeology Society to create a walk visiting 40 places of interest in our local area. Sarah Roe and her father Peter will not only give us factual information about the buildings and places we visit, but will also tell us more about the rich history of our towns(s) from the Pilgrims making their way to the Holy Well in Linslade, to to the importance of hunting and horse trading to the local economy. Did you know our town once had a racecourse?

Join us to find out more and bring drinks, snacks and a packed lunch.
