We are the Gloucestershire Walking Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A hilly 9 mile walk starting at Hollybush, climbing Midsummer Hill with fantastic views of the Malverns and surrounding countryside. Then walking past the Eastnor Obelisk and down towards Ledbury via Eastnor Deer Park. We have the option of a pub stop in Ledbury before returning across farmland back into the deer park.
Walking boots are recommended and bring a packed lunch.
These walks are aimed at people in their 20s & 30s. This walk is arranged by ramblers and free to join. After 2 or 3 walks we request you become a member of the ramblers.
Do ensure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Walking boots are recommended.
Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate dogs. Registered assistance dogs only and please check with the walk leader that the route is suitable.
