Overview

An attractive coastal and woodland circular walk from Aberlady to Gullane via Aberlady Bay Local Nature Reserve, Gullane Point, Gullane Hill, returning via disused railway, Luffness and Postman’s Walk (we may do the walk in reverse depending on the tide/weather conditions on the day).

The walk includes some minor road walking with a short section on footpath alongside A198, good paths through the reserve, plus beach and woodland walking. There is a short uphill section on a minor path to reach Gullane Hill.
