Overview

This circular walk will give us far reaching views both towards Wales as well as the south Shropshire Hills. We start on a road which will take us to Langley Chapel, one of the first historic buildings to be passed over the state. We will then cross fields and climb up through Netherwood Coppice, walking its length giving us views of Wenlock Edge. We will return via Causeway Wood and then fields back to Acton Burnell.

Coffee break will be just after 11am so that we have done most of the climbing by then. Lunch is likely to be on the edge of Causeway Wood.

Lower fields are still muddy, higher ones less so, so gaiters still useful. A few stiles to clamber over, but mostly gates.
