A walking group for young people in the Shropshire area. We have walks on most weekends, mid-week in the summer as well as socials and weekends away too.

Join us for a group walk before the Shropshire Young Ramblers’ AGM. We will be walking up some of the hills on the Long Mynd above Church Stretton and the Carding Mill Valley.
Expect to see the great views along the valley and towards lots of the other hills on the Long Mynd and across towards The Wrekin, Lawley and Caer Caradoc.
There will be some sheep, stiles and maybe even a golfer or two. Dogs are welcome, but probably best kept on leads.
We will get the chance to see a hillfort in person before we hear more about hillforts from Giles during his AGM talk.
We will arrive back in time to join the AGM afterwards. If you haven't already then remember to let the committee know you are coming to the AGM with the link below.
In the event of bad rain or wind, we will take an alternative route closer to ground level.
