No, it's not a misspelled Halloween, but a walk up Lightspout Hollow and down Ashes Hollow, two of the best valleys in the area with tumbling water all along. We will have coffee beside the Lightspout Waterfall and lunch with good Shropshire views (weather permitting! ).
PLEASE NOTE: there are a few tricky technical bits, with some rock scrambling and paths with sharp drops; we also cross both streams several times.
Waterproof footwear with a good grip is important. Poles are really helpful when crossing the water, but can get in the way when negotiating rocky sections so collapsible ones are ideal.
