Today's walk will start outside the clubhouse at Whitehill Golf Club, Dane End. This walk will be approx. 6 miles. We will cross the golf course via the 10th and 12th holes -- watch out for golfers and flying balls!
Whilst walking through the beautiful open Hertfordshire countryside with its various hills and splendid views watch out for the badger burrow! We will continue our walk through the Sacome Estate and visit St. Catherine's church.
Optional lunch will be from 1.00 p.m. in the clubhouse where there will be the usual bar menu and a specials board of the day. Lunch pre-orders will be taken from 9.30 a.m., with coffee and toilet facilities available before the walk.
