A pleasant low level walk alongside a river and through woodland. Red squirrels are often seen on this walk.
First we walk around the Ardgartan riverside trail and then head along the Cowal Way towards Arrochar. We return to the start via the outward route.
Local Grade: C+
Terrain: Forestry roads and well-defined paths.
Max height: 100 m.
