We are the Rother Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Leaving the car park we skirt the reservoir and head for Balcombe lake. Then through Tilgate woods to Wakehurst Place for lunch. National Trust card Not required.(*but dog restrictions are in place). Following picnic lunch or using Sables cafe/ toilets we return via Ardingly Showground passing St Peter’s church back to car park (* the show ground is holding an international Antiques and collectors fair at time of going to print)
* if taking a dog or wanting to go to the fair please contact leader 24 hrs before coming
The car park is free and has plenty of space but no refreshments or toilets
Sat nav recommend as Ardingly reservoir car park is not easily signposted from main road.
