Meet Point: Near the ticket barriers, or on the platform at Piccadilly Station. Alternatively, meet the group on the train, or at the Walk Start at Arnside Station. If travelling by car the postcode is LA5 0HG, and there is on-street and seafront parking available nearby

Transport to Walk Start: 09:55 train from Manchester Piccadilly to Arnside

Suggested Ticket:  Arnside Return £28.80

Walk Start: Arnside Station at 11:30am

Return Services: 17:25 direct to manchester

Extra: No toilet at walk start. No toilets en route. Optional drinks at the end of the walk. Please do not bring your dog (apart from assistance dogs)

A Winter Walk up and over Arnside Knott, past the ruined Arnside Tower, then round the coast past Park Point and Arnside Point, before going along the beach on the final stretch into Arnside.

Depending on the tide, the route between Park Point and New Barns will with be along the cliff tops or along the sands.

If travelling by car please allow  2 hours for the journey, leave at M6 J35, then A6070, A6 towards B5282 for Station. Drinks in the Albion at the end
