Overview

Field paths, tracks and pleasant pastoral countryside. 5.5 miles but it does feel longer with one long steady uphill and a few small uphills. There are also a few challenging stiles.

The reward  - there will be some home baking at the end and you can buy drinks from the coffee outlets at the mining museum.... so if the walk is too much for you just come along for a chat and treat afterwards.   Meet us in the cafe between 1.30-3pm.
