A circular walk that takes us through Ashridge and down to the canal. From here we visit the castle at Berkhamsted and return to Ashridge via Berkhamsted Common. Please bring along a packed lunch and drinks for the day as there is no pub stop on this walk. There is the opportunity to buy a hot drink at the end of the walk at the cafe at Ashridge.
Meet at outside the Visitors' Centre at Ashridge, HP4 1LX. There is free parking.
Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you.
The leader has set a limit of 21 walkers and requires you to book.
If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
