Overview

Starting from the dam we will walk SE before turning NW and the very gradual climb to follow the ridge to Choinneachain Hill and Ton Eich. A short detour can then be made to Auchnafree - a Corbett at 789m.

The return is down the steep track directly to the loch and then following the loch side back to the dam.

Doing the walk this way avoids the need for an initial steep climb. Great views can be obtained on a clear day!
