Overview

The walk soon joins the River South Esk and follows that upstream before commencing a circuitous and steady ascent to reach the Airlie Monument on Tulloch Hill. On the downhill stretch we pass the Scott Monument and continue down from there to wander through the grounds of Cortachy Castle.
