Back by popular demand, this is a repeat of the Myddfai Afon Brân walk from August. Those of you who joined us last time, were eager to walk the route again in autumn.
This time we hope to enjoy the amazing colours of the wooded valley sides as we walk through mature mixed forest. Starting at the Community Centre in the charming village of Myddfai we will explore the magical woodlands around and above the Afon Brân.
There are magnificent views of the Carmarthen Fans in the distance as we roam in the lush green river valley. This is a real treat on what is a relatively gentle walk.
Coffee and cake in the community café after.

Easy walking on firm well marked paths and farm tracks. Some short stretches on quiet roads. A couple of short climbs and descents and one stile. Walking boots recommended as paths can become slippery when wet.
Suitable for dogs, though there is one stile to negotiate.
