We are the Ramblers group for eastern Carmarthenshire. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A lovely countryside ramble south of Llandovery, with good views from the hills over the Tywi valley. Autumn colours should be showing in the mixed woodland skirting Llwynywermwood estate. Coffee and cakes may tempt some of us in town afterwards.
Time to get the waterproofs and boots out after the dry summer, with recent heavy rains we may experience mud!
We will go up and down hills, nothing very steep but this is a moderate walk so do expect to get puffed.
Farm animals in the fields, maybe fallen branches in the woods - we had a full body workout back in 2021!
