We are the Milton Keynes and District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from Cornwalls Meadow Car Park in Buckingham we will walk up the long main avenue to the Stowe Corinthian Arch then a circular walk through Stowe Parkland outside the National Trust area. For those who have been on this walk before we will be going anti-clockwise this time! Dogs on leads only. If you would like to do a shorter walk of 5 miles park at the New Inn Car Park (MK18 5EQ) and meet us at the Corinthian Arch at 10.45 am (you can't miss it!) - please message me if you wish to do this. Join us for refreshments at the NT Cafe before returning to the car park if you wish.
Lovely open views over the Parkland with some views of the National Trust monuments. Concrete paths and grass meadows with some ascent .
Meet at Cornwalls Meadow Car Park in central Buckingham, behind the shops or at the New Inn Car Park for the shorter walk. Both car parks are free.
