Overview

This is a circular walk, through open countryside with fine views out and over the East Neuk and Firth of Forth; a stately home; a gothic tower folly and an attractive woodland walk.  It is a moderate generally low-level route following good tracks and paths.  Please note: There is a short ascent up a bank (drop on one side) to reach the folly and the walk through Balcarres woodland den may involve getting over or under a few fallen trees, therefore recommend bring walking poles and stout boots. Please bring a packed lunch and ensure you have your completed emergency contact cards in the top of your rucksacks.

Booking your place:   If you would like to join this walk, you are required to book a place up to 24 HOURS BEFORE THE WALK STARTS by contacting Hilary Miller (preferably by text  on 07905 650943 or email) giving your name and telephone number.
