Moderate to strenuous walk (C+/B) with gradual ascents on mainly forest and gravel tracks with a little minor road walking. The track around Loch Glow can be boggy in places. At the western end of the Loch it will involve walking over moss and sedge grass rough ground. There are a number of viewpoints offering scenic views of Loch Leven, Benarty Hill and Loch Ore with Bishop Hill and the west Lomond in the distance. Please bring a packed lunch.

Blairadam Forest Main Car Park. (Blairadam is on the north side of the B914, west of kelty and junction 4 of the M90. There is a small parking area at the entrance just off the B914, however the main car park can be found 500m further down the forest road.)
