A scenic route to the west of Balcombe heading towards Staplefield and then onto Nymans for the lunch break before heading back to Balcombe. Enjoy wonderful views of the High Weald National Landscape with wooded valleys, historic houses and views over the Ouse Valley towards the South Downs.
Please bring a picnic lunch and your National Trust card, if a member, to give access to seating and possibly a hot drink.
Please text the leader if you intend to join this walk if possible, but it is fine to just turn up.
Balcombe Station car park, free on Sundays, but travel by train is encouraged if this suits you.
