Currie Library, Edinburgh 210 Lanark Road West, Currie EH14 5NX · what3words  ///hops.count.news

If you prefer you can travel direct and meet us at the Clayhills Grove bus stop. It's 2 stops after Balerno High School. The 32 also stops there. We should be at the bus stop by about 10.00.

From there we will follow a route via woodland paths, quiet roads and arable farmland to Lymphoy Road. From Lymphoy Road we will return to the library via Currie Kirk.

Trip hazards on woodland paths [mostly tree roots] and long grass on part of farmland path. Walking poles may be useful.

All paths are currently very dry, but that could change if there is a lot of rain in the next few days.

Please bring your ICE card and let the leader know if you have any medical conditions which may affect your ability to walk.

Please text or What's App Lynne if you would like to join the walk   07928687683

Please indicate whether you will meet us at the library or at the bus stop.

Please WhatsApp or text the leader if you would like to book a place on this walk with your name and mobile telephone number, and advise if you have a medical condition relevant to your walking. Please also provide an emergency contact number.

Please let the Leader know if you are travelling independently, also if you are happy to drive walkers from Currie.
