Overview

The walk passes through the picturesque villages of Lolworth, Boxworth and Childerley.  It includes the ancient woodland of Overhall Grove with its carpets of bluebells.  Bring provisions for mid morning and lunch breaks.

The meeting point is Saxon Way, Bar Hill opposite the footpath to Lolworth. You can park considerately in Viking Way or Trafalgar Way or alternatively catch the Citi 5 bus from Cambridge Emmanuel Street at 9.05 arriving at Saxon Way at 9.32 (check timetables nearer the date).
