Overview

Our walk along the Basingstoke Canal will start with a small amount of road walking, then across a road, after which we will be on fields and woodland tracks before returning via the Army Ranges.  There is one ascent through the woods, after which we will have a short break.  There are no stiles on the walk.  It is likely to be muddy in places, especially if we have had recent wet weather.
