Overview

From Cheriton, we will be taking an undulating route through farmland, woodland and walking on part of the South Downs Way. We will have lovely views of Hinton Ampner House and a battle site.   This being and early spring walk we might expect possible wet, slippery and muddy conditions underfoot.

Cheriton Recreation Ground Car Park, Westfield Road. Take the B3046 to Cheriton, then follow the signs to the Flower Pots Inn. The car park is on the right hand side approximately 50 - 60 yards after the pub. OS Map X132.
