Battram and Bagworth Woods
Alan and Lin will lead a 5.1 mile walk starting at 13.30 from
Battram Woods car park,
Battram Road,
Battram,
Leicestershire,
LE67 1GB.
Please note the Car Park is located through the village and the last part of the road has a number of potholes

From the car park we join the National Forest Way until we bear right towards Pickering Grange Farm.
Once past the farm we head for
Bagworth Wood.
We go through the woods and cross the railway into Bagworth.
Through Bagworth New Wood heading for Battram and the Car Park.
The rehydration station is yet to be decided but is likely to be the Gate Inn.
