We will start our walk on the road between Clyro and Painscastle. Skirting around the northern edge of the open access land we make our way to the small isolated church of Llandewi Fach. We will then carry on with a classic walk to the Roundabout and trig point at the high point of the Begwns. Weather permitting, views could be fabulous. On the other hand it could be quite exhilarating. Fortunately we will have shelter for coffee. Going is mostly good with a short stretch of country lane.
Bring a packed lunch and waterproofs. Assistance dogs only
National Trust Parking area at the side of the road just inside the cattle grid before leaving the open access land toward Painscastle.
