We will walk the horseshoe clockwise. Once we're over the footbridge, we walk for about an hour up a country lane with a gentle incline. We then have a steep climb up a grassy path for another hour before walking around the horseshoe to the summit of Beinn Dubh. We then descend back into Luss. Some areas on the plateau can be quite wet although it's relatively dry right now. There are 360 degrees of wonderful views so hopefully will be a clear day. OS56.
