The views from Ben Bhraggie are well worth the effort with views of the surrounding hills and coastline. The top of Ben Bhraggie is home to a massive monument to the Duke of Sutherland, known as ‘the mannie’ locally. From the top we then descend through open moorland and then alongside a gorge back into Golspie. A varied walk with lots to see!
The walk up Ben Bhraggie is relatively steep but not for long.
Please dress for the weather and bring layers for when we are on the more exposed part of the route.
Wear walking boots or supportive walking shoes/trainers.
Car share can be arranged from Inverness and is encouraged. Please let me know when you sign up for the walk if you would like to car share.
And lastly remember water and snacks/lunch!
