The walk leader has decided to postpone the Ben Ledi sunrise walk to a later date – the weather forecast is for poor/very poor/appalling visibility with heavy rain, sleet or snow also expected. The walk will be rescheduled when the weather conditions are more favourable.
We are the Linlithgow Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This popular Corbett has a good path all the way to the top and is therefore a good choice for a sunrise walk. Please bring a head torch for the first part of the walk. These can usually be switched off higher up as the new day starts to dawn. The aim is to reach the summit just as the sun starts to rise. The return will be via the ascent route. We will go for a well earned breakfast/brunch on the way home.
This walk will only go ahead if the weather forecast is favourable.
