We are the Inverness Young Walkers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Ben Wyvis is the nearest Munro to Inverness. It is an important area for many bird and flora species.
There is a clear path all the way, but the climb up does involve rocky and uneven terrain. This is considered a challenging hike so please ensure you are in good health and at a good level of fitness before considering this walk. Walking boots are mandatory.

Participant kit list required: walking shoes/boots, extra layers (incl hat & gloves), walking poles, sun cream, sun hat, sunglasses, water and food to last you the walk.
