Overview

Today's walk takes us on a steady climb from the village of Llandrillo up through the Cefn Pen Llety forest, out on to the moorland and into the Berwyn Nature Reserve to reach Moel Pearce the highest point of our walk today. Lovely views towards Cadair Bronwen and Berwyn can be seen on a good day. We now follow a path across uneven moorland to the stone circle Moel Ty-Uchaf which is believed to be from the bronze age. From here our route follows a bridle path back to Llandrillo.
