We are the Basildon Greenway Ramblers.
A nice country walk from Billericay to Wickford. This walk is longer than our traditional Tuesday walks, and will include a pub stop. It will include Norsey woods and several other woods and Nature reserves. Also some road walking along the quiet Goatsmoor lane which cannot be avoided.
Return to Billericay by frequent trains from Wickford.
There are various Car Parks around Billericay station and the High street, but all charge for parking. Please allow plenty of time for parking.
Meet at Billericay Railway station exit. This is accessible using the 300 bus from Basildon and Chelmsford. Also by train from Southend, Wickford, Rayleigh, Shenfield etc.
We will finish at Wickford Railway station. Return to Billericay by train.
