We are the Hillingdon Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is not just a walk in the park. It is a walk in two parks. We immediately leave Black Park and walk through Rowley Wood, crossing over to Langley Park and passing the lake. We take in the Arboretum and Temple Gardens, stopping for a break at the café. We then cross back into Black Park and walk around there, passing Pinewood film studios and returning to the car park via the lake.
The whole walk is completely flat.
Meet near the entrance to the paid car park (£5.25) off Black Park Road. There is often free parking available in lay-bys around Black Park, but that of course involves extra walking and earlier arrival to get to the start point.
