Overview

A pleasant ramble which explores the countryside to the west and north of Blandford Forum. The route includes stretches of the Jubilee Trail and The Stour Valley Way. Although we will be on good tracks for much of the walk, muddy stretches should be expected across fields and through woodland. One steep ascent. Some unavoidable walking on quiet roads. 4 stiles. Waterproof footwear recommended. Map: Ex117.

Everyone is welcome. If you would like to join this walk, please notify the walk leader (Phil H 07831379129) or email swrsundaywalks@gmail.com.

If you would like to car share, please let the walk leader know when you book and we will hopefully be able to facilitate this.

There will be two stops during the day for coffee and lunch (please bring a picnic)

Assistance dogs. All other dogs only with the prior agreement of the walk leader.
